SUPPORT THE SPARK

On June 12, 2017, the unimaginable happened. Our  beloved son, brother and friend tragically took his own life. In the  aftermath of this horror, the “Keep the Spark Alive” Foundation was created. Paying homage to Chad’s lacrosse nickname, “Spark Plug”,  the foundation was ignited, just as Chad fired up his fellow team mates  when he was on the lacrosse field. 

What started as a scholarship fund for graduating lacrosse players has grown into an organization that funds innovative programs in Blue Valley and area school districts, partners with local organizations working to create change in mental health support, and has developed the #GiveMe20 program.

Whether you have recently lost someone to suicide or know of someone who is struggling, finding the information and resources to help can be overwhelming.  We continue to gather prevention resources and information that may be helpful... and put it in one place.
